To ensure the best experience, we offer our Kamilah Charm Care Promise.

14-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee

If a charm becomes loose or falls off due to assembly within 14 days of delivery, we will repair it free of charge. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Repairs

After the 14-day window, we are still happy to help! Repairs such as charm reattachment or chain replacement are available for a small repair fee. ($5-$20 depending on the worked needed.)

Charm Replacements

Lost a charm? If the charm is still available, replacement charms can be purchased so you can continue building your piece.

Custom Design Policy

Because charm jewelry is custom assembled, design changes cannot be made once your order has been completed. Please double check your design before final approval.

Jewelry Care

To preserve the longevity of your jewelry, please avoid excessive pulling, water exposure, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Damage caused by wear, accidental pulling, or improper care is not covered under the Charm Care Promise.
